Construction Worker, 53, Left Fighting for Life After Ukrainian Attacker Storms Romanian Mansion – Then RETURNS Hours Later for Second Assault
A knife-wielding maniac launched a terrifying daylight attack on Andrew Tate’s Romanian compound, leaving a 53-year-old construction worker with serious injuries after slicing his arm open in a frenzied assault.
The controversial influencer, 38, took to social media yesterday to reveal the shocking incident, claiming an unknown individual “attacked a construction worker” and “sliced his arm open” at the property he shares with brother Tristan.
In an astonishing twist, the attacker reportedly returned to Tate’s property and attempted to enter the compound for a second time later that same day – only to be nabbed by the self-proclaimed misogynist’s security team.
UKRAINIAN NATIONAL BEHIND ATTACK
The knifeman, understood to be a Ukrainian national, struck at approximately 2pm local time on Wednesday, according to a police investigation seen by Romanian outlet ProTV.
A source told the news outlet: “The victim was assaulted with a sharp object, and after the attack, the assailant was initially released after offering a vague explanation regarding a trivial conflict and complaints about noise.
The injured worker required emergency medical attention, according to local media outlet Gândul, after suffering the vicious knife wound to his arm.
TATE’S FURY AT POLICE RESPONSE
The former kickboxer unleashed a furious tirade against Romanian authorities, claiming they had failed to act despite the suspect “lurking in the vicinity of my house recently” before the brutal attack.
The police are finally getting involved but it took him trying to kill a man before they took action,” Tate fumed in a post on X, formerly Twitter.
In a chilling revelation, the influencer – who boasts 9.9 million followers on the platform – stressed that the property is regularly visited by his children, raising serious concerns about their safety.
ARMED TO THE TEETH
Responding to worried fans, Tate revealed the extraordinary security measures at his Romanian fortress, declaring that “security is our primary expense.
In a stark warning to any would-be attackers, he added: “Luckily the team at my house do have guns”.
SECOND ATTACK FOILED
The drama reached fever pitch when the attacker reportedly returned to Tate’s property hours after the initial assault, apparently hell-bent on causing more carnage.
But the intruder’s second attempt was thwarted when security teams apprehended him, with police finally swooping in to make an arrest.
TATE’S TROUBLED TIMES
The knife attack comes as Tate and his brother continue to face serious legal troubles in Romania, where they were arrested in 2022 near Bucharest along with two Romanian women.
The brothers are currently living in Romania, where they face charges including rape and human trafficking. Both vehemently deny any wrongdoing.
They are allowed to travel in Romania and abroad, subject to court-ordered conditions while their cases are pending.
UK CHARGES LOOM
Adding to their legal woes, British prosecutors have said that Andrew and Tristan Tate will return to the United Kingdom to face 21 criminal charges once the proceedings against them in Romania have concluded.
An international arrest warrant was issued by Bedfordshire Police for the siblings over allegations dating back to between 2012 and 2015, which they deny.
The Crown Prosecution Service confirmed in May that the case in Romania must be settled before they can be extradited to Britain.
HISTORY OF CONTROVERSY
The American-British former kickboxer has built a massive online following by promoting what critics describe as extreme misogynistic views and an ultra-masculine lifestyle.
In August 2024, Romanian police raided four properties Tate owns and expanded its investigation to include trafficking minors, sex with a minor, money laundering and attempting to influence witnesses.
Despite his legal troubles, Tate continues to maintain his innocence, repeatedly claiming prosecutors have no evidence against him and alleging a political conspiracy to silence him.
The latest violent incident at his compound adds another dramatic chapter to the controversial influencer’s increasingly turbulent life in Romania.
