‘No Basis’ to Accept Child Rapists Back, Officials Claim – Despite ‘High-Level Talks’ Between UK and Pakistani Governments Over Notorious Sex Predators Still Living in Britain

Pakistan has sensationally REFUSED to take back two of Britain’s most notorious grooming gang rapists, claiming there is “no basis” to accept them because they’ve renounced their citizenship, explosive new claims reveal.

Politicians and members of the Pakistani government are believed to have been engaged in ‘high-level talks’ to allow the deportation of evil predators Qari Abdul Rauf, 55, and Adil Khan, 54, who were part of the vile Rochdale grooming gang.

But in a devastating blow to British justice, officials from the south Asian country have reportedly told the Telegraph it would be “extremely difficult” to take the dangerous duo back – leaving them free to continue living in the UK alongside their victims.

DECADE OF DEPORTATION FAILURE

The shocking revelation comes more than a DECADE after the pair were first convicted as part of a nine-strong gang that raped and trafficked girls as young as 12 in Rochdale.

Despite being told they would be deported after their 2012 convictions, and then losing appeals in 2018, both men incredibly remain in Britain – with Rauf brazenly working as a takeaway delivery driver in the very town where he committed his heinous crimes.

Pakistani officials have now claimed there is ‘no basis’ to accept the pair back into Pakistan as they had renounced their citizenship – a move they cynically made AFTER being told they would be deported.

SUSPENDED FLIGHTS EXCUSE

In an astonishing twist, sources for Pakistan’s Interior Ministry suggested that while direct flights via its national airline PIA to the UK were suspended, deportation was ‘not feasible.

However, the same sources tantalisingly hinted that ‘progress’ could be made if the UK were to take part in talks – raising questions about what Pakistan might be demanding in exchange for taking back its own child rapists.

WALKING FREE AMONG VICTIMS

The failure to deport these monsters means:

  • Qari Abdul Rauf – who trafficked a 15-year-old girl for sex and was jailed for six years – is living in a £140,000 three-bedroom home in Rochdale
  • He walks around “like he owns the place” according to disgusted neighbours
  • The convicted rapist works as a food delivery driver, potentially encountering his victims
  • Adil Khan – who got a 13-year-old girl pregnant – also remains in the UK despite deportation orders

THE VILE CRIMES THEY COMMITTED

The Rochdale grooming gang’s reign of terror saw:

Rauf trafficked a 15-year-old girl for sex, driving her to secluded areas to rape her in his taxi and ferrying her to a flat where he and others sexually abused her.

Khan impregnated a 13-year-old girl but denied he was the father, then trafficked another 15-year-old girl for sex, using violence when she complained.

GOVERNMENT UNDER PRESSURE

Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp has called on ministers to restrict visas for countries like Pakistan if they refuse to accept groomers back – suggesting Britain should play hardball with nations that won’t take responsibility for their criminal nationals.

It is entirely sensible for the British government to use visa penalties as leverage to ensure the deportation of criminals like those convicted of grooming gang offences with Pakistani citizenship,” one minister said.

HUMAN RIGHTS FARCE

Both men have repeatedly used human rights laws to fight deportation, with Khan even claiming he needed to stay in Britain to be a “role model” for his son – despite being convicted of raping children.

During one tribunal, Khan had the audacity to ask: “I have a question for the Home Secretary, whether Mr Aziz was an angel and I am a devil?” – referring to fellow gang member Abdul Aziz who has also avoided deportation.

VICTIMS’ ONGOING NIGHTMARE

The failure to deport these predators means victims continue to live in fear of encountering their abusers on the streets of Rochdale.

“I see him walking around like he owns the place. There are kids all around here and nobody wants that paedophile around here,” one furious local told reporters about Rauf.

Another neighbour revealed the sickening reality: while Rauf’s daughters travelled to Pakistan for their weddings, the convicted child rapist stayed behind in Britain – protected by the very system that should have expelled him.

POLITICAL CONSPIRACY?

The revelation that Pakistan is actively refusing to take back convicted child rapists raises serious questions about the UK’s relationship with the country.

Despite Pakistan reportedly receiving millions in UK aid and maintaining strong diplomatic ties, officials appear unwilling to accept responsibility for their nationals who have committed some of Britain’s most heinous crimes.

The Home Office has refused to release data on grooming gang deportations, sparking fury amid the ongoing scandal that has seen thousands of British girls failed by the system meant to protect them.
