Cedric Dorsey II flashed stacks of cash and bragged online about forcing girlfriend into prostitution across multiple cities
A Versace-wearing pimp who bragged on social media about trafficking his girlfriend and stomping on her face has been sentenced to 35 years in prison after police used his own boastful videos against him.
Cedric Dorsey II, 32, of Bellevue, Washington, who went by “CCC Cash Chasen Ced” online, was convicted of human trafficking, promoting prostitution, and unlawful possession of a firearm after forcing his 21-year-old girlfriend to perform sex work across multiple cities.
The career criminal’s lavish lifestyle – built on the backs of his victim’s suffering – came crashing down when police responded to a domestic violence call in April 2024 and discovered signs of human trafficking.
‘I Really Take Care of My Bches’**
In shocking social media videos that prosecutors used to build their case, Dorsey openly boasted about his criminal enterprise.
“I’m so pimpish,” he declared in one video while showing off his metal grill and flashy jewelry.
In other posts, the trafficker was seen holding stacks of hundred dollar bills, flaunting the wealth he’d earned through exploitation and violence.
“I really take care of my b**ches, you know,” he said in another video, according to court documents. “I went to sleep and told my thang to go get me some money, you know what I’m saying. So she was DMing for like six hours, you hear what I’m saying.”
“And yeah, she came back with a thousand,” he proudly continued. “Oh yeah, pimping, yeah. That’s how it goes.”
Stomped On Her Face
The victim told police that Dorsey, who she described as her boyfriend, had purchased hotel rooms for her and posted “ads” before forcing her to see sex buyers.
Court documents revealed Dorsey would book all the rooms himself so he could “control everything,” requiring his victim to obtain deposits from clients to verify they weren’t law enforcement.
He prostituted the young woman in several cities, including Seattle, Bellevue, Kent, SeaTac, Renton, and even Las Vegas.
The victim revealed Dorsey had stomped on her face and beaten her several times, causing hospitalization. She managed to escape with the help of construction workers during the April 2024 incident that led to his arrest.
Arsenal of Weapons
When police executed a search warrant at Dorsey’s apartment following a SWAT operation in May 2024, they discovered:
- $12,000 in cash
- Three firearms including a prohibited AK-47
- Two revolvers
- A Century Arms BFT47 with a 30-round magazine (previously reported stolen)
The high-risk operation required negotiations through Dorsey’s mother before he finally surrendered after nearly an hour.
‘Advertising Criminal Activity’
Bellevue Police Major Ellen Inman didn’t mince words about using Dorsey’s social media against him.
I am happy to take what they post and include it in the scope of our investigation,” Inman told KOMO News. That’s the way I look at social media and the way that people advertise their criminal activity – if you advertise it and make it available for us to use in our investigation, then that’s what we’ll do.
Prosecutors said Dorsey’s flashy lifestyle was entirely built on the trafficking he put his girlfriend through.
“It is that idea of selling the dream,” said Braelah McGinnis of the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. “Saying, ‘I have these nice things, if you come with me you can have all of this.’ And when you are talking to someone who has had a very rough upbringing or a life. That’s the vulnerability they exploit.”
Career Criminal
This wasn’t Dorsey’s first run-in with the law. Court records show he had multiple felony convictions including:
- Theft
- Burglary
- Attempting to elude police
- Organized retail theft
- Possession of a controlled substance by a prisoner
A jury found him guilty of human trafficking in the second degree, promoting prostitution in the first degree, and unlawful possession of a firearm in the first degree. Two counts included mandatory 60-month firearm enhancements.
Justice Served
“It’s really important that traffickers are held accountable because if they aren’t they will constantly seek other women to exploit,” McGinnis said. “This is very important for the community, this is happening in our backyards. These are our women and young men.”
Assistant Chief Andrew Popochock praised the collaborative effort: “From the Bellevue PD Officers quickly spotting the red flags associated with sex trafficking to the work of the Department’s Human Trafficking Unit, this collaborative operation was truly a textbook example on how to hold an individual accountable for conducting a horrible sex crime on another person.
At sentencing last month, a judge imposed 35 years in prison followed by a term of community custody.
On May 22, Dorsey filed a motion to appeal his case.
