Virginia Giuffre, a woman whose voice became one of the loudest in the global reckoning against elite sex trafficking, has been found dead at her rural Western Australia property. On April 25, 2025, the 41-year-old mother of three was discovered unresponsive in a barn on her Neergabby farm. Police quickly stated that her death appeared non-suspicious and pointed to suicide. But her father, Sky Roberts, says otherwise — and his emotional, defiant interview with Piers Morgan has turned this tragedy into an international scandal.

Virginia Giuffre: From Survivor to International Advocate

Giuffre’s name became synonymous with the downfall of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. She was among the first to accuse the pair of operating a powerful, international sex trafficking ring that preyed on vulnerable teenage girls. But her allegations didn’t stop with Epstein. In 2011, she publicly accused Prince Andrew of sexually abusing her when she was 17 — a claim that rocked Buckingham Palace.

Though Prince Andrew denied all wrongdoing, the matter culminated in a high-profile out-of-court settlement in 2022. Giuffre, undeterred by threats and backlash, continued advocating for survivors, helping change laws and mobilize support groups worldwide. Her death, now shrouded in mystery, threatens to overshadow a legacy built on courage and defiance.

The Day She Was Found Dead

Giuffre was found on the morning of April 25, 2025, in a barn near her residence in Neergabby, roughly 90 minutes north of Perth. She had been recovering from a serious car accident just weeks earlier, and her family said she was focused on healing and her advocacy work. Despite this, police stated the “early indication is the death is not suspicious.”

This declaration has done little to calm the growing unease surrounding her death. Her father, lawyer, and many supporters believe the conclusion was reached too quickly and that key details were overlooked or dismissed.

Sky Roberts’ Emotional Statement

In a tear-filled appearance on “Piers Morgan Uncensored,” Sky Roberts painted a picture that contradicts the official narrative. “First of all, I couldn’t even believe it. I started crying right away. I’m still crying,” Roberts said. His disbelief quickly turned to suspicion. “There’s no way that she did that. Somebody got to her.”

His words are fueling a wave of doubt over the circumstances of Giuffre’s death. Roberts described her as mentally strong and committed to helping others escape abuse. “She had too much to live for,” he said.

“Somebody Got to Her” — What He Claims

Roberts insists that his daughter’s activism made her a target. Just weeks before her death, Giuffre had been involved in discussions with legal teams on expanding investigations into associates of Epstein. According to Roberts, she was also in contact with other survivors and organizing new support networks.

“She wasn’t scared,” he said. “But she knew the danger. She told us things that made our hair stand on end.” While he didn’t elaborate on specific threats, the implication was clear — Roberts believes his daughter’s death was orchestrated.

Police Statement vs. Family’s Concerns

Western Australian police have doubled down on their initial statement, saying no foul play was found. But critics argue that the investigation was “minimal at best,” pointing to the speed with which a suicide verdict was floated.

Attorney Karrie Louden, who worked closely with Giuffre, echoed those concerns. “She was making plans, engaging with new legal avenues, and speaking to media about her next steps. Nothing about her behavior suggested despair or isolation,” Louden said in a statement.

Resurfaced 2019 Tweet Sparks Suspicion

In one chilling twist, a 2019 tweet from Giuffre has resurfaced. “I am NOT suicidal,” she wrote. “If anything happens to me, please know I would never take my own life. I love my family too much.” The post, which was part of a broader conversation about her fears of retaliation, has gone viral once again, with many citing it as further proof that her death should not be so easily dismissed.

The Handwritten Letter Before Death

Her family also released a handwritten note Giuffre penned shortly before her death. It reads, in part: “Battle lines are drawn. We can’t stop now. Stand together and fight for the future of victims.” The letter doesn’t read like a suicide note — instead, it sounds like a rallying cry.

This final message, combined with her recent social media activity and professional engagements, only deepens doubts about the suicide narrative.

Recent Events Leading to Her Death

In early April 2025, Giuffre was involved in a car accident and was reportedly in pain from multiple injuries. However, friends and family say she remained active, continued to communicate daily, and was excited about upcoming projects related to survivor support and legislation.

Her sudden and unexplained death so soon after the accident is now being viewed in a new light, especially given her history and the resurfacing of her explicit warnings about being silenced.
